Series 24 Exam Information



Each Series 24 exam will comprise questions that focus on the following areas: * 150 questions * 3½ hours * 70 % = pass

Supervision of Investment Banking, Underwriting & Research: 33 questions, which is 22% of the exam.

Supervision of Trading and Market Making: 31 questions, which is 20% of the exam.

Supervision of Brokerage Office Operations: 29 questions, which is 19% of the exam.

Sales Supervision & General Supervision of Employees: 43 questions, which is 28% of the exam.

Compliance with Financial Responsibility Rules: 14 questions, which is 9% of the exam.
